The Wash Bar Terms & Conditions By activating a membership(s), the customer agrees to pay a recurring monthly charge for the selected Unlimited Club and Family Plan (as applicable). A valid credit card is required to participate in the Unlimited Club monthly. The membership fee will automatically be charged to the customer's monthly credit card. The first charge to the customer will be on the date the customer joins, and the recurring charges will be charged on the anniversary date each month thereafter. Subscriptions purchased after the 28th of the month will have the anniversary reset to the 28th (note that each vehicle on the account will have its anniversary date, and charges may occur on multiple days of the month depending on when membership started for each vehicle) It is the customer's responsibility to update The Wash Bar of any contact or billing changes. Customers can update this information using The Wash Bar app or by stopping into the lobby of The Wash Bar. If The Wash Bar cannot charge a customer's credit card due to expiration are other factors, the customer's participation in the Unlimited Club will be suspended. All vehicles in the Unlimited Club must conform to The Wash Bar’s standards and posted notices about what vehicle types and characteristics are acceptable (e.g., height, ground clearance, aftermarket accessories, etc.). The Wash Bar uses License Plate Reader (LPR) technology to identify vehicles and activate Wash Plans on behalf of the user. You agree to allow The Wash Bar to recognize and log your license plate number and to collect, store, and use the personal information obtained through this app. The use of LPR technology may be regulated or limited by Federal, State, or Local laws, which The Wash Bar makes every effort to comply with. You agree to hold The Wash Bar harmless from any claim that its use of LPR violates any applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for operating your vehicles safely and following all verbal or written instructions while on the premises of The Wash Bar, including, without limitation, placing your vehicle in neutral when loading your vehicle onto the conveyor belt and confirming that it is in neutral before reaching the end of the conveyor belt. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any damage or injury caused to the car wash tunnel or equipment, The Wash Bar’s employees, and other customers or their vehicles if you fail to do so. The Wash Bar is not responsible for your vehicle. You are required to remain on the premises while services are carried out. You are responsible for securing any possessions within your vehicle before interior detailing. You agree to hold The Wash Bar harmless for any injury to yourself or the occupants of your vehicle and any damage to your vehicle resulting from the actions of another customer or guest, including without limitation another customer’s failure to operate his or her vehicle safely and following all verbal or written instructions. All express detailing sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes. If the state of your vehicle requires additional services, you must schedule another express detail appointment. If you would like to purchase al la carte service options, you may need to book a second appointment window. We will not move any car seats, seat belt covers, or harnesses. If you would like this area to be cleaned, you will need to remove these before your appointment. All trash and items found in the car will be put into a keep-safe box and returned to you after the detail appointment. If you are late to your appointment, the express detail services may be adjusted based on time restrictions. The Wash Bar reserves the right to temporarily closed due to weather holidays or equipment failure. Memberships may be canceled at any time by the customer using The Wash Bar’s app or by stopping into the lobby. No prorated refunds will be given for cancellations. If you elect to upgrade your Unlimited Plan during a billing cycle, you will immediately be billed the pro-rated difference in the Unlimited Plan price based on the days remaining in your current billing period. If you elect to downgrade your Unlimited Plan, you will continue to wash at the higher Unlimited Plan for the remaining portion of your billing period, and the new downgraded Unlimited Plan will take effect with the next billing period. Unlimited Club memberships and family plans are intended to be used only by the registered vehicle misuse of the membership, resulting in termination of the membership with no refund. Unlimited Club memberships may be transferred to another vehicle once in 30 days by stopping into the lobby of the Wash Bar. Unlimited Club memberships may be paused for a 30, 60, or 90-day period by stopping into The Wash Bar lobby. Unlimited Club may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. The Wash Bar reserves the right to increase monthly rates, given a 30-day notice to members. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
