I authorize Super Suds Car Wash to charge my credit card the amount above on a monthly basis for an Unlimited Club plan. I understand this is a RECURRING, automatic recharge and this authorization shall remain in force until I cancel by calling our Customer Service line at 325-721-3528, or emailing info@supersudsabilene.com, at least 5 days prior to my recharge date. I understand Super Suds Car Wash may cancel this plan at any time, for any reason, and that the plan will be canceled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including holidays, equipment failure, maintenance, or inclement weather. I understand that monthly rates may be increased with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.
Terms & Conditions
Our Club plans are unlimited in the number of days of the month you can visit. Washes are limited to twice a day, every day.
Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit in the wash bay. All posted disclaimer rules apply to Club member vehicles.
The membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card on the date of sign-up and each month thereafter until such time as the agreement is terminated by the customer or Super Suds Car Wash.
The monthly payment will be billed on the day corresponding to the commencement date.
This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts.
Super Suds Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time for any reason with or without notice.
Certain commercial or personal vehicles may be classified as ineligible for membership at the discretion of Super Suds Car Wash.
Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Super Suds Car Wash.
Cancellations must be made 5 days before the next charge date. Cancellations may be made by phone at 325-721-3528 or email at info@supersudsabilene.com. Refunds will not be given for late cancellations. Refunds will not be given for last-minute cancellations or for partial periods.
