Membership in our Unlimited Wash Club gives consent to be included in a monthly installment billing process. Membership in the Unlimited Wash Club is per vehicle for an infinite duration and for personal use only. Unlimited Wash Club memberships are intended for a single vehicle only. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the Unlimited Wash Club membership with no refund of any remaining value. Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or are unable to ride through the tunnel. Membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card on the anniversary date of the initial sign up. Each month thereafter, until such time as the agreement is terminated by you via the On Track Car Wash App, an automatic recurring monthly payment will be billed on the anniversary day of the initial sign up. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts, including but not limited to: prepaid wash passes, house accounts, and/or coupons. Introductory offer is forfeited if member's credit/debit card fails or member cancels. Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to On Track Car Wash. Please see an attendant to transfer membership. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. There are no refunds for unused months. On Track Car Wash reserves the right to close subject to weather conditions, major holidays, or maintenance. We will never sell customer information. On Track Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time. Monthly rates may be increased after written or emailed notice is posted. All items on or attached to the vehicle must be secured. Any damage caused by unsecured items will be the responsibility of the driver.
