LOCAL Wash Club Plan Enrollment. LOCAL Wash Club members may enroll in a recurring club plan in several ways: The guest downloads the Car Wash Loyalty Mobile App and creates their profile by entering the information requested.
A LOCAL team member may enroll a guest onsite prior to their wash purchase either at the kiosk or point of sale
A guest can create an account and sign up for the membership through the Washify online portal

Plan Terms:
Definitions:
“Primary User” is the subscriber to the LOCAL Wash Club plan.
“Authorized User” is an additional account holder added to a Primary User’s membership under the Primary User’s plan.
“Club Membership” is a recurring plan which permits each “Primary User” to have one licensed plate associated with their purchased plan.
Additional vehicles can be added for a discounted amount for their own plan.
LOCAL Car Wash will charge to the authorized Primary User credit/debit card account monthly based on plan selected at the time of purchase.

The recharge to the authorized Primary User credit/debit card will take place on the anniversary date of the initial purchase. If the anniversary date falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st and that date does not occur in the current month, the recharge will fall on the last day of the month.

There are no statements issued to the Primary User when the LOCAL Wash Club plan charges your card each month. The payment history will be available to the Primary User through the web portal or Mobile App.

The LOCAL Wash Club plan automatic recharge authorization stays in force until the customer cancels the plan through the portal, app or in person.
The LOCAL Wash Club plan can be cancelled at any time in the app, web portal or in person.
LOCAL Car Wash reserves the right to cancel any plan at any time for any reason.
The LOCAL Car Wash plan may be cancelled by LOCAL if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system.
Unauthorized use of the LOCAL Wash Club plan will terminate the plan immediately.
The LOCAL Wash Club plan's vehicle details in the account must be correct for proper communications.
LOCAL Wash Club plans are valid for one vehicle.
LOCAL Wash Club plan vehicles can be modified once every 30 days.
Monthly rates may be increased without notice.
All LOCAL Car Wash plan payments are non-refundable regardless of actual use. If we elect, in our sole discretion, to issue a refund upon termination of the plan, under no circumstances will it exceed one (1) month of charges and will only be provided if there has been no usage of the LOCAL Wash Club plan since the previous payment.
Use of any LOCAL Wash Club plan is reliant on the vehicle meeting the standards of use at each location.

Additional Terms: LOCAL Car Wash makes no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the LOCAL Wash Club plans, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, or any warranty arising from usage in trade, course of dealing, or course of performance. LOCAL Car Wash does not represent or warrant that your plan will always be accessible or accepted.

Jurisdiction: When you purchase, receive, or redeem a LOCAL Wash Club plan, you agree that the laws of the State of Texas shall govern these Terms and Conditions, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. We collect and maintain personally identifiable information regarding your purchase of a LOCAL Car Wash plan in accordance with our Mobile App User Agreement and our privacy policy.
