You will be enrolled in our monthly membership program. This is not a contract and there is no cancelation fee. Your credit card will be charged on the same day every month as the day you sign up. If you need to stop or cancel the month-to-month membership, please notify EVERCLEAN prior to the billing date or you will be charged for that month with no refund. There are two ways to cancel a membership: visit your EVERCLEAN location in person or you may email your request. This membership is for ONE vehicle. If another vehicle is caught with your membership tag you will be charged for the washes used outside of the primary membership and your membership will be canceled. The RFID tag must be installed on the front windshield. Any RFID tags that have been tampered with or altered will be considered invalid and replaced. EVERCLEAN may terminate any membership at any time. EVERCLEAN respects your privacy. By signing this form, you agree to grant EVERCLEAN and its representatives permission to email or send text messages to the contact information you provide to establish and service your account and communicate with you about offers and updates. Your information will not be sold or shared to any other parties. We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
