Your credit card will be billed every month on the date of the original enrollment until the membership is canceled. If you cancel the month to month membership program, you must notify East Hill Car Wash five days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged for that month. You can not cancel the Monthly Membership Plan within 15 days of enrollment. To cancel your membership, please email subscriptionservice@easthillcarwash.com and include your name, phone number, vehicle plate number and window tag number.
Multi-vehicle discounts are available and require a Primary Subscription. All vehicles must be registered to the same physical address and billed to the same credit card to qualify. The discount is made based on a vehicle's enrollment category and not all vehicles may qualify for a multi-vehicle discount. The most expensive subscription becomes the Primary Subscription.
Customers will be charged every month on the enrollment date. Members
enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged every 28th of the month. The unlimited club program and tag is vehicle specific. You must enroll each vehicle you plan on using. Attempts to wash multiple vehicles on the same tag will result in termination of membership, you will be charged full price for the washes that were not performed on the primary vehicle and a $75 termination fee will be assessed. The membership is transferable to a new vehicle twice a year, free of charge, to accommodate seasonal usage. After that there is a $10 transfer fee. East Hill Car Wash reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.
