UNLIMITED WASH CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Memberships are billed monthly and require a minimum 12-month agreement from signup date.
• Your membership will automatically renew each month using the payment method on file unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.
• Memberships are valid for one registered vehicle only and may not be shared or transferred between vehicles.
• Customers must provide at least 7 days notice prior to their billing date to cancel membership.
• No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused washes, weather, temporary closures, or partial months.
• Diamond Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service to vehicles with unsafe conditions, excessive dirt/mud, loose parts, oversized tires, lift kits, roof racks, aftermarket accessories, or pre-existing damage.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is safe to enter the wash tunnel.
• Diamond Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, aftermarket accessories, mirrors, antennas, windshield cracks, damaged wipers, wraps, decals, custom modifications, or mechanical/electrical failures.
• Customers must report any concerns or damage before leaving the property. No claims will be accepted after the vehicle leaves the premises.
• Unlimited memberships are intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial, fleet, rideshare, rental, or dealer vehicles unless approved by management.
• Abuse, sharing memberships, aggressive behavior, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
• Diamond Auto Spa reserves the right to modify pricing, packages, hours, promotions, and membership terms at any time.
• By purchasing or using a membership, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
