Carriage House Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program occasionally as necessary. Membership can be canceled at any time. No refunds or credits will be given once billed or for partial periods. See FAQ's at http://carriagehousecarwash.com/faq/ for more information. The subscription can be used at Carriage House Car Wash and Carriage House Express Wash locations in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Only the car listed on the membership is eligible for the program and must have an assigned license number attached to it or an RFID sticker. No fleet service vehicles qualify for the Wash Club without prior approval. Carriage House Car Wash attendants will verify the license plate/RFID number matches our records. We video-record all transactions to verify that the license plate/RFID and car match our records. Any attempt to circumvent the system or a non-authorized vehicle could result in the club's immediate member cancellation without a refund. By enrolling in a recurring Unlimited Plan, I agree that the credit card provided can be charged for the wash package chosen. Cancellation requests must be completed online at https://carriagehousecarwash.com/modify/.
Requests received after the billing date will not be refunded, but your plan will be active until the next billing date. With an unlimited plan, you are enrolled to receive automated Text Message Alerts from Carriage House Car Wash from 30400. Consent is not required for purchase—up to 12 messages per month. I also agree that I waive all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
