This is an automatically renewing monthly membership. By signing up for our wash membership you are accepting our terms and conditions. Membership is per vehicle and not valid for vehicles that cannot safely fit in the wash. Rules posted outside the wash entrance must be followed. Bubble Bath reserves the right to change the program, plans, or price at any time without notice. Not valid at self service bays. If a promotional price is available at the time of purchase, the renewal rate will return to the regular price on the 2nd month. Bubble Bath reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, holidays, or equipment maintenance. Membership will not be extended for such closings. If you are caught using multiple vehicles or any other misuse of the pass, you will be charged full retail price for every wash that was not used on the primary car. Continued misuse of the pass may result in a $50 misuse fee and/or cancellation of the membership. Bubble Bath also reserves the right to suspend car wash privileges at any time. All services are provided on a best effort basis. As such, we are not responsible or liable in the event that we cannot fully restore or remove any stains or residue left on a vehicle surface. The membership fee will be automatically billed to your valid credit or debit card each month for the package selected and will occur on the monthly anniversary of the enrollment date. Members enrolling from the 29th to the 31st of the month will be charged every 28th of the month. If the card is declined at any time, an alternate card is required to maintain the account and the billing date remains unchanged. In the event Bubble Bath is unable to charge a customer's credit/debit card due to an expiration date on the credit/debit or other change in information, then the customer's participation in the program will be suspended. The membership is transferable to a different vehicle, and a $5 fee will be charged each time the membership is transferred. It is the customer's responsibility to contact Bubble Bath and give notification about any changes of contact or billing information including address, email or credit/debit card information. Email thebubblebathwash@gmail.com. As an option you can provide Bubble Bath with a valid e-mail address or cell phone that allows text messaging. You agree to receive notifications via e-mail and/or text messages regarding your account or any other communications from Bubble Bath. We will not reimburse you for cost associated with receiving text messages or e-mails. We will never sell or give away your personal information. Cancellations: To cancel a membership, requests can be made to thebubblebathwash@gmail.com, calling (770) 282-7767, or speaking with an attendant. You must notify Bubble Bath at least 7 days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged for that month, and no partial refunds or credits will be given.
