Membership is per vehicle and for personal use only. TAXIS, LIMOS AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL VEHICLES ARE PROHIBITED! Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or are unable to roll through our tunnel. Membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card each month for the package selected. Each month thereafter, until such time that the agreement is terminated by you or 4th Avenue Car Wash, the monthly payment will be billed on the day corresponding day to the commencement date. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts/coupons. 4th Avenue Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time without notice. Although this is an unlimited use membership, the car wash equipment is mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs/maintenance or weather-related events. 4th Avenue Car Wash reserves the right to close or shorten the hours of operations due to inclement weather or holidays at its sole discretion. 4th Avenue Car Wash also reserves the right to suspend car wash privileges. Membership is only transferable upon purchase of a new or different vehicle and upon official notice to 4th Avenue Car Wash. If card is declined at any time, an alternate card is required to maintain account. To cancel a membership, use the Washify App from the app store or send an email to Richard@4thAvenueCarWash.com.

• Customers choosing to pay cash will be charged extra $10 per month w a 3 month minimum payable in advance
