- Membership is per vehicle for an indefinite duration and for personal use only; taxis, limos, and other
professional vehicles are prohibited. Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor
or ride through the tunnel.
- Member's credit/debit card is automatically billed on the anniversary date of each month until
membership is canceled or terminated. No prior notification will be provided.
- Capitol Car Wash will provide at least a 30-day notice of any price changes.
- In the event a credit/debit card is unable to be processed, the Unlimited membership will be suspended
until valid information is added or updated.
- Plan may be canceled at any time for any reason. Please call or use our app at least 7 days before your
charge date and all future charges will be stopped.
- Capitol Car Wash reserves the right to close or modify operating hours due to weather, holidays, and
equipment maintenance.
- Membership usage is designed to read licenses plate data. If we are not able to read your plate an RFID
tag can be used in place of license plate recognition.
- I authorize Capitol Car Wash to charge my credit card for the selected membership package amount on
a monthly basis. I understand automatic charge authorization will remain in force until I cancel at least 7
days prior to the next billing date. I understand that Capitol Car Wash may cancel this program at any
time and that my membership will be suspended if the monthly charge is declined by the credit card
processing system. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of service, including
equipment failure, weather, and holidays.
